Ensuring zero tolerance on statutory non- compliances, she has helped create a seamless adherence and reporting structure. She has independently led policy writing, process reengineering and implementation for domestic and international companies. She has restructured procedures and policy documentation to ensure there is maximum responsibility and accountability for each role in each function. She has helped strengthen financial controls to improve integrity of financial information.

She has conducted Risk Assessments, monitoring of FCPA guidelines, Anti Money Laundering (AML), Internal Financial Controls (IFC), review of process controls She has led team of specialized risk assessment professionals across all processes for various clients. She has conducted Internal Audits across functions and locations for multiple clients in FMCG and Retail sectors. She has assessed corporate governance, risk framework to formulate an Enterprise Risk Matrix. She has also acted as a PMO for GST go-live, implementation and trainings across businesses for a large electronics company. She has assessed system controls for one India’s leading biscuits manufacturing company. She has handled special projects for international clients including large fund disbursement data verification.

Strategy and Operations
She has handled Master Data Management by defining key categories of individual businesses, planning annual and long-term goals for company growth and defining budgets for procurement and operations. She has managed procurement requirements and operating efficiencies for improved cost controls. She has helped develop Sales and Distribution plan for growth and volume building of products. She has helped strategize new product launches with early adoption and repeat sales and strategize warehouse locations, both company operated and 3Ps, to improve supply efficiency.
